Reservation Policy

• Pay in full amount when you book.
• Guests must be 18 years or older.
• Rates can change based on availability and season.
• GST applies to all purchases at Sarthak Niwash.
• Check your booking voucher to ensure that the date, rate, and room type match what you have booked.

Cancellation & Changes

• Cancel or modify for free up to 15 days or 360 hours before the standard check-in time.
• No changes allowed after the cut-off date.
• Email at kalpeshwarb@gmail.com to cancel or modify your booking.
• Refunds are processed immediately but might take upto 15 days to reach your bank.
• No refunds for early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 1 PM onwards . Early check-in is free but subject to availability.
• Check-out: before 10AM. Late check-out is not possible.
• Bring a valid ID: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport.
• For foreign guests need a passport with valid visa.
• Couple-friendly hotel, but both guests must be over 18.

Stay Policy

• Free Wi-Fi up to 2GB per user per day. Additional data available for purchase.
• No Alcohol consumption at Sarthak Niwash properties.
• Smoking is allowed in designated smoking zones only. All rooms are non-smoking.
• Unlawful activities (eg. gambling, prostitution, illegal goods, drugs) are strictly prohibited.
• Common areas and gadgets for entertainment cannot be restricted by guests.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings stored in the lockers. Hotel not responsible for lost or damaged items. Lost locker key penalty: INR 500.
• Heaters can be provided on demand only.
• Guests are responsible for property damage and will be charged accordingly.
